im buying a new car im 19 years old its my first time buying a new car so i need to know what i should ask the person that im buying it from and what should i look for in the car (truck)

She stopped in the road and backed into my car...She said she thought she was going the wrong way and needed to back up, in the middle of an intersection. She obviously didn't look behind her, not that she should have been backing up at a red light. I had cars behind me so I could not reverse, I beeped my horn but she said she didn't hear it.
Do you think she will lose her license? I have filed a claim with the insurance company and the police. I'm worried that she will hit someone else and cause serious damage to the person.

I do not want to buy a new car because I want to leave the country. It is new honda civic 2006. I bought it in June. It is in good condition, no accidents.

I own a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado with miles over 150,000. I have a problem, every time I start the truck the Instrument Panel does not come on including the Gas gauge, Speedometer, Oil, Temp etc does not come on. And when I drive going about 10 MPH the Instrument Panel comes back on...any one else experiencing this problem? What can I do to resolve it?

my car was being repaired i only had the car for 3 hours there was already a mark on the door the dealer said he was in a rush and had already checked for damage. he phoned later to say i had scratched the bumper. i know for sure i didnt but as i signed for the car im resposnible and the insurance excess is £375! how do i know it wasnt damaged after i dropped it off? any advise on what to do?
