I've always wondered this, even when I was riding on them. It really doesn't make much sense to me.

I own a dump truck company here in Arizona and I have some 4 axle dump trucks (10 wheeler with 2 tag axles). I was trying to find out if these are legal to run in California. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I've already checked the gas cap and changed the PCV valve and rubber elbow connected to PCV valve.

Hey, I'm just curious....
do you know those intersection red light cameras? those big white things with the flash... those thing that take a picture of your license's plate when you run red lights? i'm curious to know, do they take a picture if you run yellow lights? or how about when you turn left?

Hi, it's about my Honda Civic DX Hatchback. ('95)
Recently, I've noticed that my coolant liquid keeps being low.
I keep filling it up, but still the same.
There is no leakage that I can find, and I do maintenance on the car quite often.
What else can be the problem of the car?

Howdy people...I recently turned 18 and wish to own a motorcycle in a few months. I have been lookiung around and have been asking my friends who have them now or used to have them and they say I should probably start with a 600 cc bike like a Suzuki GSX R 600 or a Kawasaki ZZR600... I can drive a manual car and can easily ride dirt bikes, so I am not completely unfamiliar with the gear switching, which is why I am not going any lower than 600 cc... I have NO idea where to start though... I am going to college next year and I think it is a better idea to have a bike instead of a car, especially where I am going... I do not know, however, how to go about purchasing, getting a motorcycle license, and getting the feel of the bike. Should I go to a dealer or a private seller? Should I beg one of my friends with a bike to teach me how to maneuver it? And I live in Florida, so is anyone aware of which insurance would be the best and how much I should have? ali_dreyfus@hotmail.com THANKS!!

I have a f100 custom from 1978. It has a straight six in it, manual transmission with low miles for it's year. The body is pretty rusted and beat up, but the truck just won't die. Ive tried everything from two tracking to jumping the truck over a one lane bridge @ 55 mph (one hell of a ride, flying through the air for 20 yards) didn't do a thing to the truck. how much is it worth?

tonight a young newly qualified driver went in to the back of me at a junction as she was chatting on her mobile.
she refused to give details as she said it was my fault as i was on stop, she only been driving 6months she upset.
i think that young drivers should be told the laws that will cause them to loose thier licences if caught braking these rules.
maybe they would then think twice before driving while chatting on the phone/ guess what i have to get my car fixed on my own back, as it was only minor damage if we'd got the police involved i would have been charged with dangerous driving aswell.

when braking I sometimes hear a sort of clunk from the back of the car. This noise happens, sometimes when applying the footbrake but sometimes when releasing the footbrake. Please help as I am at a loss as to what is causing it. Thank you.

I have to keep putting water in my car about every week, but it was looked at and there are no leaks. The heater blows cold air and the temp rises until I put more water. Now my check engine light has come on. Any ideas on the cause? I'm a single mom and I can't afford to take it to a mechanic right now.

I've seen a large number of them in the air over Sardinia and the locals are all questioning what they are about. They aren't writing anything, just making straight lines in the air.

Do you know why they do this? Do you know what they emit?

There are various conspiracy theories as to what these planes are doing. One idea is that they are to create rain. Any substantiated ideas?

I don't own my car, so instead of giving me the cash value of the car, the insurance company will the pay the remainder i owe to the dealership and take the car away. This doesn't sound right to me because the wreck wasn't my fault and yet I end up losing my car while the other party had no damage to his car. I get penalized for doing nothing wrong, is there anything I can do?

I know it sounds crazy, but It smells like an empty coffee pot was left on. Once its been running for a while you can smell it inside the car and by the exhaust pipe. I took it to the dealer and it tested ok. Everyone that rides in it can smell it so I know im not nuts

It is going to take 30 years to get a hydrogen car costing around $100k, by that time the world may be gone and so will oil, definately. Why didn't we just keep funding research for technology we had 100 years ago? AKA electric cars?
