I have a f100 custom from 1978. It has a straight six in it, manual transmission with low miles for it's year. The body is pretty rusted and beat up, but the truck just won't die. Ive tried everything from two tracking to jumping the truck over a one lane bridge @ 55 mph (one hell of a ride, flying through the air for 20 yards) didn't do a thing to the truck. how much is it worth?

Hey there if you just sell that truck complete you probally be looking at scrap prices any wheres from $100 to $200 now what i would do is advertise the truck and part it out you will make more money off of it but chances are if you did jump the truck you probally bent the frame so the trucks not worth much at all i'd just part the truck out hope this info was help-full

I agree with the other member you should part out the truck. I also have a 1975 F150 reg. cab long bed with a 360 v8. It is cherry. I have had no problems with it at all. I inherited it from my grandfather back in 2000. Best Truck I ever owned. AC still works to!

Yes you can, but it all depends on how much money you have to spend. You have to change the front end, the rear drive shaft needs to be changed, you need a transfer case/mounting hardware, a front driveshaft. Your truck either has a 302V8 or an inline 6 engine. Its easy to tell the difference just count the spark plugs.

Are you really concerned how much it is worth? Your just wanting to get rid of it from the sound of it. If that's the case leave the keys in it in the bad part of town and pull your plates off it. but if you really want to sell it you may be able to get 1000 for it.. MAYBE...

It's worthless to anyone but you.

But lemme tell you, that straight six (i think its a 300, i forget) will run forever. Literally. Hang on to that truck, because it will always work.
