I have pretty much eliminated the neutral safety swith as the problem. I just tried it ... started the first time. Let run for 2 minutes .... would not start .... placed in neutral .... still does not start! Rocked jeep back and forth while in part ... no luck. After leaving the car sit for awhile, it will start.

I ran a question yesterday why my car won't heat up.

Everyone told me it was the heater core. Good, and thank you.

NOW, I looked at my heater core connection on my Dodge Intrepid. Where the core connects to the fluid connection.....there is some green color from antifreeze. Please help me out, I'm just a girl!

Is it a leak.......I don't smell anything! Or is it a sign the core is bad?
Ideas please.

This has happened twice in the last 2 months. I only discovered it running the last time when I parked it in the carport and when I got out I could hear it click then hum, then it would do it again, I let it do it for a while to be sure what it was, then I started the car and shut it off and it quit doing it. It is a 3.L V6

All but one have the same wear on them. One seems abnormally worn like it was spinning around. They are rollers rockers on a chevy 2.2. with about 104k miles on it.

I have a 2000 Dodge Neon. The engine used to turn over as soon as I turned the key. Now it takes about 5 seconds for the engine to start. It's been suggested perhaps the starter or else the fuel pump. what do you car heads think? Thanks!
