All but one have the same wear on them. One seems abnormally worn like it was spinning around. They are rollers rockers on a chevy 2.2. with about 104k miles on it.

I said roller rockers. I meant roller lifters. Also they are $20 apiece x 8 and this is going on a truck that will just be for taking out the trash.

they are cheap enough i would go ahead and replace them while they are out

If you have them out just buy new ones, they are not that costly. A stock cam is that that costly either, I would replace both the cam and lifters. Think what it will cost to tear it apart again.

Always replace the cam if you install new lifters. If you don't, you'll be replacing the cam again.

If you have them out go ahead and put new ones in. Especially if they're mixed up.
