Only if the dealer agrees to allow you to return the vehicle.

Assuming that all state laws on safety and smog inspections have been complied with and the dealer delivers a clear title to the vehicle, the sale is final once you accept delivery.

Lemon laws have nothing to do with the dealer; they apply to the manufacturer of the vehicle and then, only to new vehicles still under the manufacturers warranty.

Dealer warranties on used vehicles generally only apply to required repairs. They seldom provide a "money back" guarantee.
