I have read a million posts already on bleeding Coolant systems... and almost none of the posts were accurate when it comes to bleeding a Dodge/Chrysler 2.7L engine...

I had to take out the coolant sensor at the top (water outlet housing) and then added the coolant in there till it wouldn't take any more. Then I fill up the resevior (CAPLESS RADIATOR) and then I ran it with the bleeder screw open a bit and it let some air out and then I stopped the engine after 10 minutes and tightened the screw back up....

BUT, I don't think I got all of the air out because the gauge is still acting wacky, and sometimes heat comes out of the vents and sometimes it does....

It's NOT a thermostat or radiator problem, I've already replaced the thermostat and the radiator is fine... I just need to get this thing bleed..and I have read the manual and haynes proceedures and their greek.... I want a real world explaination...

Thanks :-)

I got 33's on my 2000 wrangler, I know I am going to need a few inches more of clearance for some 35's to fit. I got about a 3 inch suspension lift so i want to put on a body lift to clear the 35's.

I was wondering if anybody knew offhand if there are any mid- or late-90's GM cars, 2-door or 4-door, other than Corvette, Camero, Trans Am, Monte Carlo SS, SUV's or trucks, that do have manual transmission as an option (in other words, that a person could find as used cars somewhere).
