94 2.5l Plymouth Voyager. I may have to replace the rear main seal. In doing so, I must remove the torque converter. Should I change the fluid in the torque converter? Works ok now, but very low acceleration. Wonder if it could be fluid in torque converter is worn out. Any other tips on torque converter would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

We bought our Jeep Commander new in Nov. 2005. It now has 14000 + miles on it. It has a rough idle problem (while sitting still it acts like it is going to die). It stalls after hitting a small pothole or road changes. The power outlets have quit working, etc...etc...
Everytime I take it to the dealer they act like they have never seen this & tell me there are no recalls & the Jeeps computer is not showing in problems. But when a new car dies or stalls in traffic it is scary & very dangerous. Worried about the safety of my childern!! HELP!

The Chrysler MyGig navigation system looks really cool, but I was wondering if anyone knows whether the lock on watching DVDs or entering text while moving is in the software of the device or a simple parking brake wire that can be tricked?
Thanks!

We often talk about that idiot behind the wheel. If everyone thinks it is someone else, then who are those bad drivers? Aliens from Mars.

I'll make an admission. I'm the idiot driver about 10% of my total driving time. Sorry if I didn't use my signal, cut in too quickly, etc. I make up for it by doing something courteous for another driver later.

We currently have a Land Rover Freelander as our main car and want to upgrade it to something bigger (not new). I am tempted to buy a Range Rover, but i'm quite naive when it comes to cars & herd some bad press about them. Are they any good? (the petrol versions)

Thanks once again to all who answered my problem about the van "fish-tailing" - that is swaying side to side. Several said alignment, some said shocks/strutts, some said tires, and 1 only said U-joint ("U' stands for universal.) I suspected that is what it might be but I needed some other ideas as to what it might be. Well - here I am in the library across the street from my "trusted " mechanic - & he called me in to look under the van while the van was on the lift and pointed out the problem - the "U" joint - yes - the universal - it is loose and that is what is causing the wobble - it is going to cost $125 - material and labor. I recall having seen them drop out from under vehicles on the road and I myself have had this problem with previous vehicles, mostly the Dodge, but never a Ford; so if you should ever experience this, think of the "U" joint - the universal. Once again - thanks to all who responded. Mary
