I heard that Honda Civics, below the year 2000, can be bought at very reasonable prices. im lookin for a used stock Honda Civic. Can anyone let me know how they run, what year yours is, mileage, and any probs you've had with it.

I've not owned one, but my friend has one, and he's never had any problems with it. Check out Consumer Reports. They put out a yearly issue about buying a car. It has unbiased reports of all the cars on the market. They have a web site. Not sure if it's conumerreports.org or not. But I would just look at your local bookstore for the yearly car buyers guide. It tells you everything from the car's specs to how to negotiate the best price. Check it out...

Try and stay away from used car dealers. They know how to get your money and they often have beat up cars bought at auctions.

they are great cars I bought one for my daughter. 94 runs great 35 mpg bought for around 4k
