NO. The law is there for a reason. Always have an adult licensed driver w/you. If caught in my state, you lose the chance to get a real license until you're 21.

Yes! A very good question; "What does it matter".
The goblins come out at night and they are just looking for easy marks like you. That law has a good reason and that reason is the preservation of your life.
Any kid and you selected that category, should have sense enough to know that those hours are the hours of maximum danger to the young.
You have no idea how many tricks people can use to cause you to stop your car and do whatever they want to, because you are young and vulnerable.

You did not state whether you mean Alone or With a licensed driver,

Stay Safe, Stay healthy and happy and stay in at night.

The answer is follow the law. If the law says NO then don't do it or allow it.

It has been proven by research of traffic accidents that a minor is 450 % more likely to be in an accident between those hours than during the other hours of the day.

Play it safe, drive safe and stay alive.

Since the state law says no, then NO!! Use your common sense. The law is there for a reason. It just didn't go into effect on a whim. Abide by it, get your license, and drive carefully.

Chow!!

Well, I know in NJ, when you're 16 you have to have someone over 21, with a license, driving with you. I think that person might have to be a family member, too.

That's a good restriction, I would like to see it in place where I live. That and no more than 2 people in the car.

well, since its only a permit, you need your parents or an adult in the car anyways, so i dont see why they wouldnt be allowed.

I would say you should be allowed as long as you have a fully licensed adult with you at all times.
