Your probably finding them all to be more expesive than $7000 or having more than 60,000 miles.
Why the requirement for 60,000 miles or less? Newer cars last much longer than older ones did. I have a 97 Grand Prix (same engine as the Regal, btw) that has 148,000 miles on it. It has never had a major engine, transmission or other mechanical problem.
It will take a lot of looking, but you should be able to find what you are looking for from a private seller. It's not likely that a dealer will sell to you for the price you are asking for, but it's possible too. Look for prices from dealers at around 8000-8500 and tell them the most you are spending is 7000.

My hubby had the same problem and he's in the motor trade. He rangs all his conacts and dealerships and finally someone came up with the goods. Just ring all used car dealers in your area and afar. Try Buick dealers, they may get them in part exchange. If all else fails why not advertise yourself?

How about if you give them, what you have, and make payments monthly!! Always get a reciept!!
