I am interested in an old car on eBay but whats throwing me is that the seller says the title (that he has in possession) is 250.00 more.
I suppose he could have just added that much on the car though. But is it legal to sell titles separately?

I saw a similar question being asked about a car with a few hundred miles. This however is a different story. I am looking at a 2006 Mercury Milan with 2800 miles. The dillership owner has been driving it for awhile, but it still quallifies for 2006 Ford special financing (0% for 72 months) that only new 2006 cars are elligible for. Can depreciation on this car lower the asking price by a couple of thousands, because this is a used car now? Thank you guys!

I want to buy a new car at the right time. I want to get the best deal on the newest models and I was wondering if there was a certain time of year when auto dealers usually have sales on the newest models.

The car drives smooth, power everything+remote key&trunk+ alarm and the inspection is due at the end of May 2007 !
It was Inspected in PA(so I think you know that the PA State Inspection is very severe!!!) it has NO RUST!!! It has even less than 70K, around 69 800, but I put 70K as I'll still drive it before sell it as I'm confident to drive it anywhere! It's a SE which is way better on gas than SSE or SSEI and also has plenty of power !! Retail price on Kelly Blue Book is over $4000 and on Nada it goes up to $5200 and you can go on the following link: http://www.nadaguides.com/default.aspx?LI=7923-21-1-5014-660-634-50306&l=7923&w=21&p=1&f=5014&m=1143&d=912&y=1995&c=16&mi=69900&vi=12973&da=-1&nx=1)
I went to a dealer in here, Danbury CT, but I got not even a half what the car is wort; now, I know that I won't get the price from KBB or Nada, but not also what that dealer said, for a car in such a good condition, inspected and with only 70K!!!
Any idea?
Thanks

I scratched my car while driving into the underground parking garage of my new home.
I will lose my safe driver discount and my premiums will go up $850.00. It's happened to a lot of other folks in the building. It's a tight squeeze but they since no other car was involved they see me as more than 50% at fault. Has anyone ever sucessfully appealed a surcharge notice?
I'm going to try and get other people's stories. Will that help?

I keep getting calls from someone calling themselves "Investegater Smith" without giving me any agency or company or department and threating that he alone can charge me with criminal charges. O hid nothing and I've not commited fraud that I'm aware of. What's the legality of this???

In a transpacific flight for example, planes from Hongkong to San Francisco can make it 11 to 12 hours. However the return flight takes 14 to 15 hours. They say its because of the wind. Is it really?

I just recently purchased a 2006 BMW 325i despite the fact that I swore I'd never buy another rear-wheel drive vehicle. I live in Toronto, Canada and we have pretty messy winters. Snow, slush, ice, hail, etc.. I also own a C230 coupe and had trouble with it in the winter.

Anybody here have a 325i and had experience driving it in bad weather? Any suggestions as to the efficacy of snow tires? Any particular snow tire suggested?

I'm sure I won't get on it as the retail on Nada or KBB above, but at a dealer, his price was....like better to keep the car and to not sell it!
Any idea, folks?
Thanks
