I already had about a 1/4 tank of gas, and the E85 addage (5.69 gals) put me at almost half, before I realized I was putting the wrong type in. This being a 3 day weekend, all shops are closed and I have no one to help me.

If you use it too much it will eat at the rubber in the fuel lines....

But one accidental tank will just cause the engine to turn on the check engine light due to the engine running lean and possible lack of power concerns...

You can go get it drained, flushed and refilled with gas

or take a chance and run it out , fill up with gasoline and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes for the car to relearn and turn off the check engine light

might run a little rough, after a few miles fill up with the gas you normally use. Shouldn't cause any harm for awhile, but if you kept using then would have problems. (like seals)

It will not hurt the motor but you may experience poor gas mileage for that tankfull.

I don't imagine it will hurt your car if you did this once. You may notice a different in power and mileage and that's about all you'll detect.
