If the other party causes and admits to the accident and the third parties insurers agree, then who has to foot the bill? Should your insurance company be fighting your corner?

I am 19 and considering using cab service to go back home from my work since my carpool takes me only in the morning. I would be traveling either in the early afternoon and around 9 in the evening, not to late.

Is this generally a safe thing to do? Is it safe for young women by themselves to take cabs? The ride is only a couple of miles from my house.

Thanks!

I need help with this question. My boyfriend doesn't use his blinker very often (it drives me nuts!!), but maybe I use mine too excessivly. Anyway, the question is, do you use your blinker in a parking lot, too. Such as while your waiting for a parking spot or to turn down an isle? I use my blinker for EVERY SINGLE turn, regardless of where I am. My boyfriend says that you don't have to use yours in a parking lot.

As described, it seems when I'm going at a reasonable rate, 30+, mostly uphill, and it presumably at a time when it needs to downshift, it seems to rattle. Rattle as in like rattlesnake rattle, except metallic sounding. Also in a previous question, I mentioned it stalls a second sometimes when putting it in reverse and seems to jar when it kicks in, the same also happens on the highway once in a while and it's very unnerving, the jarring when going up in gear. It's got about 150k miles on it. Had no problems out of it except what seems to be the tranny. Thanks.

im trying to sell this ranger but need the origianal VIN # of the truck...also can someone help with the odometer meter; resetting it back to it's original mileage. SOoo the old cab had more miles on the odometer than the engine in the truck it was placed upon really has, more like 85,000 in comparison to like 190,000 so it's like a lot.. any thoughts?

I'll soon make a decision on buying a Suzuki Bandit (GSF 650 S) or a Suzuki (DL 650) V-Strom. One needs to be highly revved, the other has enough torque at low rpms. One is a naked bike, the other one is more enduro-style. I like them both. What would you prefer for solo riding and/or two-up?

Also 4x4 if it's relative. Sometimes I put it in reverse and it takes perhaps a second for it to kick in and when it does, it's a little jarring. Is it the flywheel in the tranny or am I completely wrong? I'm just taking an unexperienced guess. Thanks.
