I have a 1949 Chevy PIckup 3100. It has newer black paint, professionally done. Just put in new headliner, seat, dash pannels, tires, grill, bumpers, hubcaps, new oak bed, new radio/speakers, taillights, blinkers, seatbelts, basically overhauled the engine(inline 6, not sure if its original) and out on a new carb, distributer, and a new battery. It has about 50,000 miles on it. What do u think its worth?

I have a 1964 allstate that needs a good paint job and some body work. There is a second coat of paint on the bike and a little surface rust. I have never painted a bike or car, but am willing to try. Any help will be appreciated?

yesterday it was a giant 4x4 pickup with the giant roll bar and bumper and all the macho chrome crap a man can buy to convince the world he has a penis.........and from the rearview mirror...a handicap placard. ...last week it was a hummer..........should anyone with any type of handicap be driving a tank?....seriously. im guessing when these guys get into an accident they have absolutely no defense.

The car has a check engine light on after it warms up. It runs fine cold but when it gets to normal oper. temp. the check engine light comes on and its like it runs on only 3 cyl. I had it checked, they said mass air flow sensor and rear two o2 sensors. I replaced the mass air flo and it didnt help at all. Will the rear o2 sensors make the car run that rough??

35000 miles.- Accepted to replace front rotors and pads....No change.-Suggestion that a bearing , either rigth or left could be damaged, later disregarded by mechanics ( Dealer ) Grinding noise L>R went away......3rd. trip to Dealer a bent front wheel was found and removed....Vibration continues.....Wheels were rotated, spinned and balanced.....Front vibration continues...Disappointed with the expensive incompetent certified dealr's technicians; Contacted Saab Headquarters, referred me back to the dealer. Any advise what to do? Thank you.

I passed the car & the driver was definitely short. She could barely see over the steering wheel. But she wasn't that cute (or at least I didn't think so).

So is that false advertising? What possesses people to put ridiculous stuff like that on their plates (2HOT4U, MS HOTT)? Are the drivers delusional? Or are they just really vain?

MY HUSBAND WAS HELPING A FRIEND TRANSPORT HER NEW CAR TO HER HOUSE.. IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE. HE WAS DRIVING A CAR IN FRONT OF HER. MY HUSBAND, FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON, STOPPED @ A CAUTION LIGHT THINKING IT WAS A YELLOW LIGHT TURNING RED. WHEN HE REALIZED THAT IT WAS JUST A CAUTION LIGHT, HE WAS STUMPED. LOL. WELL, MY FRIENDS BOYFRIEND WAS BEHIND MY HUSBAND, HE SWERVED TO NOT HIT MY HUSBAND, MY FRIEND ON THE OTHER HAND PLOWED INTO THE BACK OF HIM. SHE NOW EXPECTS US TO PAY HALF OF THE REPAIRS ON THE VEHICLE SHE WAS DRIVING, BUT SHE WAS LEGALLY AT FAULT! WHAT WOULD YOU DO?? I JUST HAVE THE FEELING THAT HER ASKING THIS OF ME IS NOT RIGHT. IF IT WERE TO BE ME, KNOWING I HIT SOMEBODY, FRIEND OR NOT, I WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILTY OF MY MISTAKE.. PLEASE, LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!!!

When the truck comes to a complete stop and accelerates again, it makes a quiet click sound from the rear. It also clicks when I make a turn or u-turn especially when going uphill. I've had to bring it to the dealer 3 times for them to fix the problem but it has yet been solved. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks.
