The car has a check engine light on after it warms up. It runs fine cold but when it gets to normal oper. temp. the check engine light comes on and its like it runs on only 3 cyl. I had it checked, they said mass air flow sensor and rear two o2 sensors. I replaced the mass air flo and it didnt help at all. Will the rear o2 sensors make the car run that rough??

Yes the 02 sensors will cause a rough idle but the problem sounds more like a spark plug wire building to much resistance and missfiring!

Take it to a dealer, once they scan the computer they can tell for sure what is wrong with your car. I mean there are so many possible reasons why the car may behave like this, if you just keep guess-replacing parts, you will spend more. Let the dealer diagnose it and give you an estimate - they charge about $100 for diagnostic. Once you get the estimate of repair and parts needed you can decide to repair it at the dealer or to go somewhere else. The rear O2 sensor when gone bad can turn the check engine light on but it's unlikely it would affect driveability.
