the truck has been parked less then a year and it has some fuel still in the tank. Should I just remove the gas tank and drain all the gas? Or is there a risk using gas that has gone bad?

We sold a car two months ago. Agreement was $500 down and $200 a month. This person has not made any payments and as of right now owes us $400. We don't think they have registered the car yet because the title has not come back to us. You see my husband filled out the title (with his name being the lein holder) and this person was supposed to have it registered and the clerk mail the title back to us. Can we just go pick up the car for nonpayment or do we have to contact the police or a repo man? We live in Tennessee. Also, we do not owe anything on the car. We own it free and clear. The selling price was for $3000.

So i was in a parking lot and i was backing out of my space and i had looked all around (my sister was in the car and said i looked also), and i reversed out slowly and hit a car. I dont know if this car was pulling out of a parking spot behind me or driving by, but i clipped her car on the drivers side, rear bumper right behind the back wheel. And it hit my car in the dead center on my rear bumper. So i assumed it was my fault bc of the way our cars hit, and i got out of the car, and said i dont want to go thru insurance or call the cops (bc i thought if i called the cops i had to go thru insurance). So i told her i would pay for her damages. She is supose to call me in 2 days with an estimate for her car. But i talk to people and Everyone is telling me to tell her when she calls that "i talked to people and they said that since it is a parking lot accident we are both at fault and to pay our own damages" What should i do and who is at fault? i am looking at SUV's that are only a few years old and have 30,000 miles to 40,000 miles and it seems like the outside tread on the front tires are bald. you know how if you look down at the tires (top view) and you see 5 or 6 treads..the outside one is bald and the others are like brand new.

Hello their my parents think I should buy a KIA Spectra or a Rio, they are looking at a used KIA Spectra 2004 w/under 30,000 miles. Or maybe a new Rio since they are such great deals on them.
