Everything below is pretty dead on, I'll just add some more.

If you talking about a 93+ USDM MK4 Supra non-turbo you have a 2JZ-GE motor, and if you have a 5spd transmition its a W58. You will basicly need everything mentioned all ready, but you will also need to swap the transmition. The w58 is rated under 300 tq as it was also used in the N/A supras back to 1985. The Getrag 6spd found in the twin-turbo models is a very valuable item. Unless you strike a deal expect to pay close the $3,000 for the trans alone. SO:
a 2JZ-GTE motor w/ turbos
a Getrag 6spd or an MK4 Automatic trans
all your intercooler pipes and an intercooler
a radiator from a GTE car as well as any other coolers
Pedals, clutch cylinder, lines, and shifter if you go 6spd
ECU and harness
a GTE fuel pump (much bigger)
more than likely a GTE tach as well, mine didn't work w/ GE tach.
with the tranny swap expect to need a new driveshaft

the list goes on.

BTW, the 1JZ motors were never sold in the US, and I think the last supra they came in was the 92 Twin-Turbo R.

Well first off, if your Supra is non turbo it isn't a 2JZGTE engine- it's a 2JZGE, which is pretty rare (the none turbo 2j that is) so I will assume it's a 1JZGE. And then the engine you are speaking of is a 2JZGTTE.
The block and overall dimensions are the same, but the best bet is to get a frotn clip- the front half- of a wrecked Toyota Supra Twin Turbo. These in themselves are really hard to find and really expensive thanks to The Fast and Furious numb-nutts movie which drove up the prices and demand.
Now, it should fit right in with no problems. I believe the transmissions are the same, but not possitive (I think the twin turbo had a different clutch plate, but that doesn't effect overall dimensions). You will need the whole engine itself, the ECU, the twin turbos, the transmission, shifter linkage, all electronics, etc. That's why it's easier to just get a front clip from a wrecked Supra TT, search for one on E-Bay. You can even get a JDM (Japan Domestic Market) Supra TT front clip. The JDM version has a different ECU and different twin turbos that boost higher, making over 345-bhp stock, whearas the stock US version "only" cranked 320-bhp max. You're still going to pay over $10,000 after all is said and done.
