Drain the oil, put in fresh. Unplug the spark plugs, (make sure you mark which goes where) and crank the engine for a few seconds about ten times.

Plug the sparks back in and fire it up. The biggest issue you're likely to have is the valves being dry, you want to pump oil up to them while the engine is turning slowly.

you can take the plugs out of it,,and make sure it has not stuck on it,,you can also put a little oil in the spark plug holes,,and turn the engine over by hand, with a wrench,,on the bottom pulley bolt,,if it turns OK,,it will probably start ,,and run,,but you may need to tune it real good once you get it going,,and do a oil change on it,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

Well, Juan, you can pull the plugs and check for rust. Change the oil and coolant. Turn it over my hand a few times. If it isn't seized, and there is no apparent corrosion, it should be okay.
