Chevy Cobalt Sedans having folding back seats. Toyota Corollas do to. Plenty of cars have the split down folding back seats. You need to check them out at the dealers or the web sites.

PT Cruiser's have fold down seats in back and there would be plenty of room for a guitar and amp.

yes, some cars have folding seats in the back, especially station wagons, but there are a few sedans i know with folding seats in the back.
