i can not find the obd-ll plug-in on a 1996 pace arrow (ford 460) RV can someone please help me?

Look under the dash, to the right or the left side of the interior engine cover.

under the hood drivers side . a black plastic cap on the end of the obd plug says diagnostic. its about 1inch by 2.5inches.
