As the plane goes up, my ears pop, and get plugged. When we land, sometimes my ears stay plugged. Usually I try yawning and other methods but I want to know the best one. It feels like swimmers ear except I didn't swim. If you have flown on a plane you probably know how it feels. I can't hear very good, my ears sometimes hurt, etc.

Be fore you say stupid...
It was a straightaway in the country. I could see everything.
120mph on a '93 Yamaha Seca ii (not made to go that fast)
really fast on a '83 Honda 900 CBC (speedo only goes uo to 85)
My fav is still the GZP550
I guess when you start on a 4 cylinder bike you can't take up a twin.
This is great!

I need to find pictures of this as I have a friend who never restrains herself or her kids in the car. I have tried to look for, but can never find pictures or footage that shows what happens to unrestrained mothers and kids in car accidents. She's been lucky so far, and has not been in a smash to find out for herself. I refuse to drive her anywhere now as she will never restrain her kids, and all I can visualize is a small crash, then having to watching her and her kids going into and through the windscreen, especially her 5 month old who sits in her lap on every trip that she takes, whilst she is unrestrained herself

Both the inner and outer bearing are pressed in, the inner to the spindle/knuckle, and the outer to the hub. After my mechanic used a press to push together the hub, spindle, bearing assembly, and reconnected assembly to the car, he had a hard time putting the caliper back on. He did not yet perform the final torquing down of the bearing with the center nut before reinstalling the caliper. Since the rotor sits in front of the hub, was there too much distance between the hub and spindle, preventing an easy reinstall of the caliper? Could the rotor have been bent, causing the slight wobble? Do you need to torque the bearing assembly down first before reinstalling the caliper on this model?

Should people who ride unrestrained in the car be used for crash tests in similar situtations. Eg If someone is busted sitting unrestrained with a child in their lap, should they be used in a crash test the shows what happens to teach them a lesson, and make crash tests more realistic? Harsh maybe, but what else can be done to stop people riding unrestrained in cars

My boyfriend was 'caught' speeding - allegedly 30km over the limit - but there is no evidence. Although he was speeding, he can't have been going that fast as it was on a corner. Court case is tommorrow, so I guess it's the cops word against his... can this be done? Any similar stories...with a happy ending?

My boyfriend was telling me that he wanted to buy a 4 wheel drive car cus he said it handles better. So I said, how can that be if all the wheels turn at the same time, your more likely to crash - arent you?
He laughed hysterically and said thats not what 4 wheel drived means. So I said so back wheel drive doesnt mean that the back wheels turn and the front follow and front wheel drive doesnt mean that the front wheels dont turn with the back following?

He says that front wheel means the engine DRIVES the front wheels. I asked a couple of people and a few of them agreed with me.

Did anyone else think that * wheel drive means that thats where the steering comes from?

If you're driving on the highway and it is telling you there is a lane closed for construction, why do people insist on getting in that lane, is it because they think they have some place more important to be than the rest of us.
