try changing the fuses your car manual should have a guide to what fuse uses the indicators so you can buy the same size .i would try another fuse from where the other fuses are see if they work and then a local garage should have the fuses normally about £1 for 5 .
if its still not working it must be a faultly wire which will probably require a mechanic to look at.

Take it the nearest garage that specialises in Fords and ask them to take a look, or borrow from the nearest library a Hayes Maintance Book for a Ford Fiesta.

It could be the indicator switch unit. I used to have a ford orion and it packed up.

check the fuses and the wiring, if not just change the bulbs even if you think there fine
