how can i find out if my dodge ram 1500 came with keyless entry i bought it used

Take the VIN#or truck to dealership, they can give you a list of all options that came with truck, they shouldnt charge you unless you buy a remote

if it has power locks then it came with keyless entry.
if you dont have the key fobs go to the dealer and get them and have them program it to your truck.

the most likely cause of it happening will probably be the e-brake cable is sticking on it or one of the springs has came loose on the rear brakes,you need to get one of the wheels off it and inspect the rear brakes and see if anything has came loose,sorry i couldn't tell you more but until its been inspected it hard to guess at something like that,good luck on it.
