Ok so I pushed the rest/reset button and held it for like 3 seconds and the ac made a weird noise and now the highest setting the ac will go to is LOW. The air is still cold but the pressure of the air coming through is very faint, does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem or what the problem even is? Oh this rest or reset button is located on the dash somewhere close to the ac buttons and radio. Please help!! Thank you

1999 olds intrique have a anti freeze leak coming from the driver side under the hood. what it might be and is there a free site on the internet for a lay out of the engine. dumping like crazy causing car to over heat.

i have a 1992 chevy lumina van and i just changed the filter and gasket and filled her up. we still have a leak but it doesnt seems to be coming from the gasket area, could it becoming from some where else? also its not wanting to shift, it still does but the rpms get real high before it does and its just acting like it doesnt want to. i was thinking it was the modulater but i cant find it, does anyone know where to look on this vehicle? please help, this is my only car and i have 3 kids and a job

Whenever i brake and come a complete stop, i can hear a knocking sound which sounds like some rod under my car swinging and hitting the car but once it looses its momentum it stops, it sound like tock tock tock... then stops. it sounds like its coming from the rear left wheel but i went down to have a look and see nothing that is loose...

Ok, so my aunt and uncle have a used Blazer 2001 LX and we were backing out of there driveway (which is steep i might add) at the lake to go hunt arrowheads but all the sudden it made this wierd noise and my uncle seems to think its the transmission but we arent completely sure and thinking that maybe it jumped a gear because now we cant go in reverse! Any mechanics in here or just anyone with a suggestion or a site i can go to would be awesome! Thanks ahead of time!

i have a 92 chevy lumina 3.1 v6 overdrive trans and the problem i am having is sometimes when i park and then go to leave again i can put it in drive or reverse and i can fell and hear it go into gear but it wont move its like i am standing on the brakes wich is what i thought was going on at first but it wasnt ok even if i put it in nuetral it wont move but if i put it in nuetral and rev the engine up it will creep forward a little bit and then most of the time after that a couple of times it will then move just fine it does not slip or shift funny driving down the road this has got me and a couple of buddys stump so ant help would be great or if you have any further questions i did not already answer fell free to ask my email is jhace75@yahoo.com thanks

When they repave a street or highway in the U.S. it seems like they use some kind of cheap asphalt that starts cracking and crumbling within months. And it's never properly joined to the curbs, driveway aprons and manholes. In Europe (France is just one example), the materials and workmanship are way better. You never see asphalt slapped on the ground like it was cake iceing. There are very few potholes (even in the Alps, where the roads have to be plowed in the winter). And the highways are pretty much free of cracks and bumps. So here's my question. Do the Europeans use different techniques and materials for their roads than here in the U.S., or do they just spend vastly greater sums of money on their public works projects?

I am changing the motor to a holley 4v with a new mallory dist. I can figure out the motor end (I say that know ,lol) but my experience with trannys has always been with kick down linkage. I have a 700R4 with a shift cable. I can figure out the cable , but is there any computer controlled parts I should look into for the trans? This is my work truck , so I dont care about the back up lights , passing gear , etc . I just need it to go. Thanks
