I don't think you can do that. It's YOU who commited the crime, not someone else.

Call a traffic lawyer.

Yes you could go that way but it is perjury which deffinitly has jail time written all over it or you could go and "pay the price" for a lawyer and they usually get you off all charges for a fee of course. I had 55 in a 45, no insurance, driving while suspended, and failure to register (all at the same time)and my lawyer got me off all charges for $500 for him and $400 in fines.

Address the situation. And Fallow all proper steps. Need be tow rhe Vehical if speeds were angeiouse due to a subsutace. Cover all bases never go in prejudging you set yourself to fall and a civillian to get hostial.

Technically both of you are commiting perjury, which is a felony offense. I would recommend sucking it up, taking the consequences and learning from them....
