What do Locomotive Electricians do on a daily basis and are they paid well? Also why is it so difficult to land a job with a major railroad company i.e. UPRR / BNSF?

The Rear air will not blow cold air it only cames out Very Hot. And it on AC MAX But in the front it is Cold In the front. What can it be? Please Help

There is a werid sound and a jerk everytime im driving...it feels like it gettin caught on something and than it frees. Happens more when going up hill. Do anyone know what the problem might be and the solution in solving this problem? I drive a 1999 Ford Explorer 4wd...4door...hope someone can help me...Thank You For Your Time

New parts I have put in...

1. Replaced the Rectifier/Regulator
2. Replaced the Stator
3. Replaced the Rotor
4. Replaced the Brushes
5. Replaced the Key Ignition
6. Cleaned all Grounds, I am reading around .5 to 1 Ohms at all
points.
7. Tested all of the above for proper readings as far as
resistance to ground and shorts.
8. New Battery, as of last year.
