Get a manual for your truck. chilton's or hayne's have full engine and chassis electrical diagrams. autoparts stores have these, or the library, or a book exchange store, or just maybe the ford dealership will be nice enough to print one out for you.
if your fuse box labels are faded (like mine) find someone who has the exact same vehicle like yours and write down locations and labels, or get a digital picture of it and then enlarge on your computer. or, get a test meter and find out what is what when you turn on whatever switch.

the fuse diagram is in the owners manual. you can get another at the dealership of your choice.
