Can you check with a nail polish remover (Acetone) ?

First, make sure it is not indelible ink. If it is, nothing will remove it; that's why it's called "indelible."
I use Murphy's Oil Soap to clean carpets and upholstery in vehicles. I have been able to remove stains that even the local auto dealer was not able to remove.

I think Hairspray might work
or try so carpet cleaner....and use a little elbow grease

hairspray usually works and milk mixed with some alcohol, sounds strange..but its worked for me before
