Bug bombs mess up the leather. I'd buy Hartz's silver package flea collar for cat or dog then I'd cut it up. Put parts under the seats or carpets or whatever. They don't stain and although are marked to last 5 or 6 months, I find they work for at least a full season (8 months or more). Sold at Walmart. Kills fleas, nits and ticks too. Other brands don't seem to work as well. $5-7 each.
Mosquitoes only live a few days and usually cook in the sun. They only get in through your windows so keep 'em rolled up when you aren't driving - especially at night.
Febreeze is the total winner to get any smells out of the car. Doesn't stain either.

Why dont you try fumigating it with a safe insecticide? It should help without destroying the interiors. You can then spray the car with some nice perfume to remove the odour from the insecticide
