I need to find a provider if possible that provides rentable databases or mailing lists of people who rent in the 44139 zip code. I am looking for one that allows a low minimum purchase such as $25.00. Many of them require a $75 up to $500 minimum and that is not acceptable becaue I am only doing very small mailings.

Problem is that they assigned me an uncovered parking, but charged me same price as a covered one. I have a brand new, luxary car but I also like this condo a lot.

What could I do in the attorney review? Can they reassign me a covered spot (they told me they ran out of covered spots already, but my broker and myself do not believe it is true.) or can they offer me huge discount? If second option, how much should I ask for?

Also, will lawyer charge me if I finally cancel the deal?

Thanks for your help.

My landlord has been getting CCJ's regarding her non payment of the mortgage! In the worst case scenario, can we be made homeless?

Also - there have been ongoing problems with the flat we are renting. (no hot water, washing machine incorrectly plumbed, fridge on and off). Being the peaceful sort I have managed to get people in eventually to fix things, since the landlady is a little unresponsive - but should I be putting things in writing and sending to her? Is there anything she owes me in terms of reimbursment since that has taken me a stupid amount of time to organise.

I am considering a piece of resort property in Western Illinois. My question is about some people that are renting space on it currently. The Real Estate Agent says they have 1 year leases.

I would like advice on the best to way to move these people off the land. I have no problem honoring their agreement, but after their lease expires, I would like to clear the land.

Also if you could give me advice on the pest way to protect myself from legal action while they are still on the property, and beyond.

Everyone once in a while I like to debate with home owners about there "great investment". For years, I've been badgered by others to pursue the "great invesment". I still choose the "Life investment".

Life investor: Well...I'm going fishing and camping for a couple of weeks...Cya !

Home owner: Wow, thats great but I got fix the plumbing and do some painting and I need to be at work to pay the mortgage !

Life investor: I'm taking off to Thailand to backpack for 45days in a few months

Home owner: When I 'm retired someday I hope to get over there too...

I could go on and on.....lol.

Bangkokslim reminding you to:

Invest in your life, invest in the market, be free.

P.S. Don't join the endless zombies ! Buy a home...buy a home....you must buy a home....lol.

the home was sold on July 27th at an auction and that is the day we moved out. we returned our keys and sent a letter explaining where to send our deposit on that day. the 21 days has now passed and we did not recieve the deposit or a required deductions list. the landlord did not even give us the required inspection prior to moveout. we are going to take him to small claims and sue, i think we have a very valid bad faith claim as well, to ask for double the deposit. i have been reading about california civil code section 1950.5 which covers this, but i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions, have had similar experiences, or know of any relevant prior cases that i can use in our defense. thanks

i purchased this house for 31k, rehabbed it for 41k, my intention is to have it appraised and hopefully it will appraised for 170k.
i want to take 80k once the house is refinanced and buy another house and rehab it.
one bank said i would have to take out 2 mortgages because 80k would be more than 20% of the equity in the house.
i plan to rent it out for 1150 a month, i keep the rent low so my tenants will want to stay
i have a property management group already
do i want to refinance this house or do i need an open line of credit on this house in order to get the money to rehab future house? do i want to form an llc. can i use real estate investing as the reason i am forming an llc, outside of protecting my personal assets? i just want to buy and rehab houses for now, each time time taking the money from the previous house i bought to buy another one. i hope i didnt confuse anyone.

Now this a foreclosed home, so before we get the inspefction we had to have the city come in and inspect the electrical or wiring. It wasn't up to code so we told the listing agent they needed to get it up to code so we could get the inspection done. she is saying the bank which owns the home won't put any money into the home because there is no guarantee I will buy the home. I like this home alot and really want it but what am I supposed to do here? Any advice?

There is this guy who is stalking me. He keeps knocking on my door and trying to get me to have sex with him for money and trying to sell me drugs. I have no clue who this guy is. I have called the police about it and they have taken police reports but they said there is not a whole lot they can do. I talked to my landlord about it and she told me its not her problem and that I have to deal with it. I dont feel safe there anymore. I want to break my lease so that I dont have to deal with this anymore. Should I break my lease and is there a way to get out of all of the penalties?

My lease is up and my landlord decided not to renew it because she wants her nephew to move in.

she was definately the landlord from hell. she fixed nothing and when she did she raised the rent 100 dollars. I mean once i had to threaten to take her to court because my toilet was about to fall through the floor and she wouldnt fix it.

anyways. im moving out saturday and i never payed a security deposit and im considering not cleaning the house at all and tear up an old phone book and throw the paper all over the floor as a little payback.

do you think i should do that? :) i mean whats she gonna do? not give me my security deposit back? haha

I just sold my business and the new tenant took over. I was never in default of rent. The new tenant just signed a lease and their first payment is right after my last payment. No break in between. The landlord released me from my lease which had two years to go. But still holds security deposit.

I moved in this duplex with a friend in 9/2005.At that time the My roommate signed a lease agreement and put me on there as a tenant.Couple months after I moved in the owner sold the duplex to a management company. Everything was fine Just last week I find out the original owner never provided the company with paper work saying I lived here. They are requiring me to fill out paper work to live here I confirmed with 2 people that they were ONLY checking criminal history & they said thats all.I let them know I do have bad credit & they said thats ok Ive been there for 2 years paying rent thats fine.Management company called saying my credit history does not look good & if the rest of the report doesnt turn out good they will ask me to move out.I told her ive been livin there for 2 yrs paying the rent and other bills on time. She said so theres no way i i can tell that. I can get proof that I have lived here for 2 years etc. Can they really do this?

My lease began 03/01/05 but under the "Lease Period Ends" it says "N/A". I plan to buy a house and was told that I have to give a 60-day notice but the 60-day notice cannot expire from Nov-Feb because they have "no winter move out clause” on the lease contract. Here is what the lease contract says:
FOR A TERM OF ONE YEAR commencing on the date above noted (Lease Period Begins) and ends at noon the last day of the twelfth moth thereafter, unless otherwise specified above. This lease shall be extended on a month to month basis unless either party gives to the other a written notice to the contrary at least 60 day prior to the termination, however in no event shall the lease terminate during the months of November, December, January, or February of any year. All the terms and conditions of this lease shall apply to such month to month tenancy shall continue until terminated by either party be service of a written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of any month to month term provided that such notice terminates said lease at the end of a rent paying period.
Does this apply to my lease even if it didn’t have a termination date? Do I have to stick to it? Is this legal? I mean I’m not moving to another apartment I’m buying a house. By the way I leave in Wisconsin. Where can I call to find more info?

I'm 20 years old and am interested in becoming a real estate agent. Freshly shaven, my current boss kids with me that I could pass as 16. Would you feel comfortable doing business with a young person like this?
After getting the job I would hate to find that no one wants to buy a house from me because of my babyface.
