You could, but why stick someone else with your trash.
You are doing a deed in lieu of foreclosure? If so do you have a contract? It might have a section about property condition. You might be charged.

No. That is usually a condition of the Deed in Lieu that you leave the property in sellable condition...the standard is "broom clean", which is all items removed, and a thorough sweep, a minimum.
