You could but you would be wasting your money. It is just as easy to do it yourself. First, check out some Estate Agents Websites, for the areas you would like to live in. See if they have anything nice. Next, you can check magazines that are dedicated to property and many newspapers also advertise property. If you still haven't found what you are looking for, try doing a web search for National Estate Agents. You can do this in as long a time as you want to take or as short a time as you want. Regardless of the results, you will have done everything that a third party would have done for a big fee. If it's a more expensive property that you are after, try Lloyds Property Services. They are part of the Lloyds TSB banking group and have properties that range well over the £1million mark. If it's a cheap property you want (£60,000 to £200,000), try local Estate Agents, in the desired towns. Most are on the internet so it's only a matter of a quick search in Yahoo.

Kirsty and Phil from Location, Location, Location are available for hire. That's their job. You may not get those 2 though as I guess they're quite busy.

Yes, they are called relocation agents, just 'Google' it and see if there are any near you..not sure what they charge though.
