We haven't hit the bottom yet. We're circling the bowl so to speak.... The next wave of foreclosures will have a severe impact unless the gov't steps in..

What bottom? Oh, was there once a bottom? It must be gone...

Seriously, probably not. In the short term, maybe a little turbulence. But in the long run, people have to live somewhere...

You're probably too young to remember the seventies, but back then, everyone thought real estate bottomed out. And what happened? It rebounded.

I live in Michigan one of the toughest plact to sell a house right now. I have been searching for a house for a year and I can not find a house that is worth anything. All of them are completly trashed and need alot of work and that is about 200,000 dollar houses. If people want to sell thier house they should CLEAN them, it will make all the diff in the world!!

Most places, yes it has. Won't last forever, but that's not much consolation to people who need to sell a house now.
