Say I forclosed on my Condo and I didnt pay it for 3 months and it went into forclosure. Would I be able to walk away and not have to pay anything? Or would I have to pay back the whole loan I took out? I believe I have an 80/ 20 loan, so its really two loans. And my interest rate is 7.5%...

PLEASE HELP...

It doesn't matter where they are located just so long as they are good deals. Investors always ask me what a good deal is to me and my thought is if you have to ask if it's a good deal then it isn't one.

I can come up with cash by Friday for the right deals.

Thanks!

When I received the deposit check from my landlord, he deducted $290 from my deposit. There are deductions I don’t agree with. I cleaned my room & bathroom before leaving. However, he claimed he hired a cleaning lady to clean the whole house. I am not a smoker & always cleaned up after myself. When I only rented a room, can he hire someone to clean the whole house at my expense?

He said I broke his vacuum cleaner. It cost him $80 to fix. The new vacuum only costs $70 these days. It doesn't make sense to get the vacuum cleaner fixed rather than getting a new one. Before I left, the vacuum cleaner worked fine. If there are any damages, he should let me know before departure.

I can't believe the utilities just suddenly jumped from $100 to $200 a month. This is something I hate about greedy landlord. They know your time is precious & don’t have to play with them on Small Claims Court. So, they overcharge you by a bit to make you compromise. Is there anyway I can punish this guy?

in my house. Do I need a contract with the person to sign they cannot go into my house ONLY upstairs to theirs only? That they cannot drink or smoke or play loud music at all? What kind of contract do I need, and where do I get one and how much are they? Also, It will be month to month rent payment, so that way, Heaven forbid, they can't pay I can ask for them to find another location.

I live in California. Any advice helpful.

Long story short: we have been renting for almost a year, and we are now trying to buy a house (not the one we are in). We came up with enough money for a deposit, but we keep hitting little financial "speed bumps", and are having trouble coming up with the $4000 - $5000 for a down-payment.

What would you recomend we do? Is there a special kind of loan for that? We dont have a home under contract yet, so we have a month or more.

I saw a house for sale and in the listing it said both of these were options for financing. Are they 2 different things, or just 2 ways of saying the same thing?

He has looked into buying the home himself. The agent has told him that he may be able to get a "gift of equity". They have lowered the cost of the home and the "gift of equity" is supossed to be $20,000. His question is that if he buys the home and takes the "gift" does that mean that the $20,000 goes to his sister? Or does that mean that he will have to take $20,000 out of his share of the inheritance to give his sister? Any info on this will be greatly appreciated.
