While I was out of town my landlord agreed to delay my payment for rent when I returned home my property was stored in a court ordered storage so now they are sayin I have to pay 1,000 dollars to get my property and after 30 days they are going to sell my property is there any way I can go about gettin extra time to get my property or are they going to sell everything!!

If it is a storage company, then they'll sell it and get what money they can. When you spoke to your landlord, did you get anything in writing? If so, then take him to court and sue him for your loss. If it was verbal, then you are out of luck.

You may be able to reach an agreement with the storage company, but don't count on it. Good luck.

Sounds like you were gone toooo long without payment .
If they are already talking about selling the stuff in storage you were gone long .
Your only hope is to talk to the storage manager
OR
some people just show up to the sale and buy their stuff for less than the storage bill .
