I am tired of paying $700 in rent. So, I am looking for houses to but that will hopefully give me a better monthly payment.

My question is: Can I get a mortgage for a $59,900 house with my credit scores being 620, 573, and 571?

My roommate - who would be moving with me - has excellent credit (way over 700) but no current employment. I have a great job that I have been at for almost a year and earn $34,000. My monthly debt is around $350 (not counting rent).

We have a $4000 down payment for whatever we do. I also have check stubs for the last 10 months of paying $700 rent.

We have to do something because our lease will soon be up. So, waiting for my credit scores to go up will not be possible.

Opend escrow on my condo. on 3/8 and close of escrow was to be 3/26. all contengencies to be removed with in 17 days. I paid $575 for termite and clearance. $250 hoa documents $100 for hazard report . the condos occupancy is at 50%. the buyer was getting 100% financing with no income documentation. they were not able to get loan with their first lender because of occupancy . I found out that the other loans did not go through because of the buyer's employment and not being able to provide bank statements. . During this whole time the buyer's agent was telling me that everything was ok and we will be getting loan docs any day. This went on for about 45 days. At that time i sent out the notice to performe the buyer's agent . when I did not hear back from the agent I asked escrow to prepare cancellation notice and send me the escrow deposit. Am I entitled to deposit or the actual out of pocket expenses listed above?I am the seller/broker but not experienced.
Thanks

I have seen several infomercials such as John Beck's system. I would love to have rental properties. It just seems to good to be true. It is something I have been wanting to do for awhile.

I live in Amherst New York and he now lives in Colorado. He is not maintaining his property and currently does not have his property listed. He has tried selling it before with a realtor but he's asking too much. I heard if your home owners knows that your house is vacant they'll double your insurance. How do I find out his home owners insurance?

I am renting a trailer that I am going to be moving out of very soon, like within the next couple of days. My landlord keeps ignoring the mold and mildew that is growing in the trailer on the walls and floor in the bathroom. The mold is under white tile, and it shows really bad. The landlord says there is no mold or mildew in the trailer. He is lying!!! I have 27 pictures to prove it!!!! I feel like I am getting a run around from DHEC or I am not sure exactly what to do. I am living in the SC Pelzer area. I want to expose this SORRY LANDLORD for all that he is worth. I want other people to know about this so that he will not be allowed to rent the trailer anymore!! I thought it was illegal for a person to let someone live in mold and mildew. Please someone with some good advice Point me in the right direction. HERE IS THE INFO. PASS THE WORD ALONG AS WELL PELZER SC LAND LORD TIM BROOKS!! DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!! He is hurting peoples health. Help me expose him

I'm 18 years old and I am just curious how much it is to rent an apartment. I know that I'm going to need a credit report and stuff like that... which I dont have... again i'm only curious. I know that renting in california (southern california) for a 2 bedroom apartment is around $950 a month. what else do i have to take into consideration... utilities... stuff like that. what kind of income would i need? What if i had a second or a third person to split the bills with? I recently got a job as a teller at the bank and will be starting that soon. I am also a hostess at a restaurant. Currently the only bills i pay are for car insurance and my cell phone. I'm just curious because i do not want to have to live pay check to pay check because on top of all of that i would also have school to worry about. Can i make it work?

I currently co-owning a house with my in-law, and the house still in mortgage. We have a huge conflicts, I believe I can not live with him in the same house anymore. So we plan to sell it. He orally agree it as well. But now he does not want to sell it anymore. Is any way I can "force" him to sell the house with me besides to go to court. (he don't want to take my part as well or sell his part to me). If I stop pay the mortgage (that is the only way i can think off to force him) Can he lawsuit me of not paying mortgage or any damage after foreclosure the house by bank. Thx

I was told that in my area (Renton, WA), 2 bed 1 bath condos sell, on average, within 38 days. Does that mean a seller will find a buyer and reach mutual acceptance within 38 days? Or that a condo for sell will close within 38 days (which seems far fetched)?

Thanks!

My husband & I are 1st time home buyers. The rate we've been quoted is 7.25%-
We have nothing to put down( 100% financing), our credit is good (705), 40 year loan. Is this a good rate?

We are not opposed to getting a 'not so great loan' and then refinancing when the rates are better. Is this advisable?

my husband and I would like to break our lease for multiple reasons. we've asked our landlord to have our upstairs neighbors to keep the noise down and every night I usually am woken up from them. Another problem is we bought a puppy about 1 and a 1/2 months ago. and just after we bought our puppy the landlords dog was diagnosed with heartworms, and about a week ago another dog got parvo, there's alot of apartments in my complex and tons of dog poop on the ground, not to mention that when i stick my dog out on his chain he somehow ends up tearing alot of of paper and candy wrappers up. Where did the wrappers and paper come from. I would like to know if there was any possible way for me to break my lease with out having to pay for the remainder.

of course, we all hate people who steal, cheat or otherwise are ethically or morally-challenged. but the actions of a couple of people shouldn't taint the entire profession, should it? it's like hating lawyers, hating police, hating mother-in-laws...

i understand if you've had a bad experience with a realtor, but what about the rest of you who don't even own a house?? what's up with all the hate??

it's monday...
