Most realtors won't bother with it. There is quite a bit of work involved in this and the chances of getting paid are very slim. We only get paid when a transaction goes down and the chances of a rent to own closing a sale escrow is very bad.

Who will pay a 7% commission based on a sale price that does not exist? Realtors make their money when a sale goes through. Rent to own means that there is no sale.
