Is the borrower made up of both husband and wife? There are no separate boxes for each. There is a box that asks for the sex of the borrower... What do you put when you are married? Also, what about the work history and monthly income? Do you combine the husband and wife's together, or do you fill out the application in one person's name only and put down their assets and income only? If someone can help I would really appreciate it. I am completely confused.

I live in a nice neighborhood, but the house next to mine was recently put up for rent. There are some trash ghetto people that moved in with 6 kids. The hood basically moved in. The renters leave crap in the yard, are loud, and yell at my dog. What can I do. The HOA has fined them for keeping their trash cans out and also for the noise (it is great being woken up at 5:00 am to ghetto music). Any suggestions on what to do? I'm listening and appreciating any advice. thanks!

My home was supposed to settle after 30 days, that was 2 weeks ago. The buyer's agent is also their mortgage broker. They have funding for an 80% and 20% loan (yes even in the recent market, though Fremont Loan closing its doors caused a 1 week delay). The buyer's agent won't generate the loan docs because he hasn't found a company to buy the 20% loan (he has a buyer for the 80%). My agent (seller agent) has offered to hook the buyer up bank he know will fund the loans, yet the buyer's agent doesn't return calls or respond to a Notice to Perform. What are my options (CA resident)?

I have a commercial property from which I get a monthly Rent.
It is on a 9 yr lease with a Multinational.In one clause there is an increase in rent every 3 years.Due to RISE in prices I am finding it difficult to pay my Property Taxes and meet expenses.IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN ASK FOR AN INCREASE IN RENT ???? i have dropped the price from 450 000 to 399 000 and changed real estate agent once alredy ,the agent im with now seems pretty good though they do what everi want them too and are advertising the house on the net ,property magz local papers . should i take it off the market for a while or at least take down the for sale sign. I have a one year lease but I want to break it before time I have been living here for 7 months. Two of my tires got slashed in my apartment complex parking lot and I think this will continue to happen if these people don't get caught. I want to know if there is any way I can break a lease before time without having to pay any penalties because I don't feel secure living here anymore. Thanx
