how do i get out? and get back my deposit its only been 30 days its a new house and there are so many proublems i cant run a buisness like this out of the house with constant power outage.

we were not told that phase two of this subdivison was in effect which shuts off my power all thought the day causing many proublems, i cant run my buisness which they new i had. also i had asked about construction and they said not for 2 more years.

Are the power outages and other problems the fault of or in the control of your landlord? If they are then you only have to notify him in writing to fix them in a reasonable time. If they are outside his control then it won't be as easy.
