I'm in Milwaukee, Wi and I think the to time to buy is now. Any ideas on how I should approach a local retail bank or find a wholesale mortgage company? I used to buy foreclosed properties fix and flip. Now, I want to create a long term cash flow but don't want to ruin my credit with high debt mortgages. Thanks for any suggestions.

Our income is about $70,000 annually and we have no debt other than student loans. We have about $25,000 saved. In an area where an "okay" house will run you about $700,000 - how in the world will we ever be able to own?

I could have sworn that I had found this surfing the net a few months ago and cannot for the life of me remember the name. It was a nice apartment community (several apartments/condos) that was just outside Dallas...sorry I can't be more descriptive than that!

I'm looking to move to Dallas and work at UTSW, but I would like to live in a nice upscale apartment (that's safe) at not over 800 a month. I've heard Las Colinas is nice, what are some good apartment complexes in that area?

Land is owned jointly, last survivor gets it. One sibling has NOT paid any taxes, or put any money into land for some 15 plus years. Is their a legal law out there that gives us the right to take over as sole owners because we are the only ones who have invested any money in the land? Help!!!

I found a new tenant for a property and she gave a full security deposit, then 2 days later we signed a lease. 2 days after that she changed her mind as she was offered a unit in public housing on behalf of her mother who applied for it since she is disabled.

Am I required to give the tenant her security deposit back? This is in Ohio.

Are there agents that are responsible for representing all shared ownership properties in a given area? I think this is the case in London but I don't want to take this on face value and in doing so limit our choices. If looking outside of London then are there any such agents? Is there one website that covers all areas?

I know of two companies who say they cover all of London between them. Not sure if this is the case or not. What is the best way to cover all bases when searching for a suitable place?
