I think it means Price On Application. In other words they don't want to publicise the price but will tell you if you are genuinely interested in purchasing the property.

It means price on application. What it really means is, they fix the asking price on the amount of interest shown in the property. If you ring a short time after this ad. was displayed, you will be told to call at a later time. Then you will be told.

Price on Application. You have to ask the price rather than it being quoted to you. Gives the agent or seller a chance to size you up before quoting a price.Could be they want you to make an offer which may be more than they would have asked anyway.
