It means price on application. What it really means is, they fix the asking price on the amount of interest shown in the property. If you ring a short time after this ad. was displayed, you will be told to call at a later time. Then you will be told.

Price on Application. You have to ask the price rather than it being quoted to you. Gives the agent or seller a chance to size you up before quoting a price.Could be they want you to make an offer which may be more than they would have asked anyway.
