Are there agents that are responsible for representing all shared ownership properties in a given area? I think this is the case in London but I don't want to take this on face value and in doing so limit our choices. If looking outside of London then are there any such agents? Is there one website that covers all areas?
I know of two companies who say they cover all of London between them. Not sure if this is the case or not. What is the best way to cover all bases when searching for a suitable place?

I am in Bristol and to be able to get a shared ownership here you have to be on the Council waiting list for property.
Your local council should be able to provide you with a list of providers of shared ownerships.

You want the Homebuy agent for the area (there are 2 for London) try this link (its government website so not dodgy!!)
