I live in a nice neighborhood, but the house next to mine was recently put up for rent. There are some trash ghetto people that moved in with 6 kids. The hood basically moved in. The renters leave crap in the yard, are loud, and yell at my dog. What can I do. The HOA has fined them for keeping their trash cans out and also for the noise (it is great being woken up at 5:00 am to ghetto music). Any suggestions on what to do? I'm listening and appreciating any advice. thanks!

take pictures. call police for loud noise during nite hours. if you can convince landlord to evict, he needs documentation.

Write letters upon letters complain, to the owner.
Document everytime the police are called.

get ahold of the owner and complain to him i'm sure the inside of the house will be trashed soon. maybe he can save you both some trouble
