I've tried alot of these speedy loans and bad credit loans and citibank and am coming up with nothing. I don't want to have to pay for anymore loanfinders and I've even ran into a scam or two. Somebody please give me some advice. And no payday loans either! Please!

I have debts that were charged off with an open date of 8/2000. These should be off my credit report now shouldn't they? Also, why is it when an account gets sold to a new collection agency it shows up as a new item on my report with a new open date, when the original debt is over 7 years old now?

I just got a phone call from Bill Stewart with Graham Noble and Associates and he claimed that I was being sued for over $9,000 , what he claimed was three times the amount they bought the account for. The thing is, that he claimed i lived and opened the account in Texas and was very rude. Essentially, i am judgement proof and what I don't get, is all my closed and collection accounts are all at the end of their seven years. I had someone two years ago try to sue me and they were told is was past the limitations to do so. I checked my credit report again and the accounts have been sold again and began over again with time. I didn't think they could do that. I have heard some pretty shady things about this company and all he tried to do was to get me to admit that it was my debt and I was going to pay--neither of which I said because he kept saying that it was being recorded and he was going to sue. Have you had any dealings with them? Everything is over 7 years old now.

1) wallace and sarah decided to purchase furniture for thier new home. they have two payment options. the 1st option is to pay cash-$4200. The 2nd option is to finance the furniture with a 2-yr installment loan. the loan requires a 12% down payment and 24 equal monthly payments of $195. accoring to this information what would be the finance charge on the loan?

Capitol One was suppossed to cancel my account, I paid it off then called again to cancel my account. A few days later they added a charge for Credit Inform! I called Capitol One and they told me that I had to cancel my account with Credit Inform too! Credit inform says that it is in Capitol Ones' hands. How do I cancel my account and get this fee for $5.99 waived?

THAT BELONGS TO HIS FATHER!! unfortunately, his parents named him after his father, but with a different middle name.. but it's so hard now because almost all of his father's bad credit ends up on my fiance's credit report!! and we have worked so dang hard to get him good credit!!

well this time, it's a civil judgement from some jewelry store that they got a couple thousand dollars in jewelry and then hocked it all for cash.. anyway now the civil judgement is on my fiance's credit report.. i already did a dispute online with experian.. what else do i need to do?? i have dealt with cable companies, cell phone companies, etc. before for him, but i've never had to deal with a civil judgement.. what's the process for getting this removed?? and how can we further prevent his dad's crap from going on his credit?? it's really frustrating because he can't get a job or credit anywhere...

thanks everyone!!

Hi experts.

Unfortunately I just found out that I had a very small obscure student loan that went into repayment last month and I missed the bill. I switched addresses and somehow forgot to have them forward that loan to my new address :( So I checked my credit report and it's there reported as an adverse account and it says TransUnion says it will not be taken off until 06/2014.

However it seems like I've heard of other people getting these things removed from their report after they pay the amount overdue. Is this something I'm just imagining or can I really pay the amount due and then have the error removed from my credit report?

Thanks so much for your help

I replied to a pop up: 06/05/07..You have won a free vacation good for 1 year from Summer Bay Resorts. at 888-782-9847 FL . Since our group of Landsailers sail 2x per year at Ivanpah Lake, Primm in NV and stay at their resort the idea sounded good. The sales rep requested my credit card information. I did not realize immediately that $498.00US was debited out of my credit account without my authorization.
I was supposed to get : 3 days with 2 FREE Nights on arrival with a presentation..Then, IF INTERESTED pay . I specified that our group comes to Las Vegas for the purpose of teaching persons with disabilities the art of Landsailing during the months of Spring and Fall, we are MAALSF -MID AMERICAN ADAPTIVE LANDSAILING FOUNDATION. NON PROFIT. Also, needing accomodation for November, 7/07 (our group) flight and hotel reservations are now reserved for elsewhere. There is no communication from Summer Bay for a refund. I did not authorize any debit on 06/05/07. I sent correspond

Most of my friends charge up their Visa and Mastercard to the limit each and every month. They view their credit limit the same as money in the bank. For example if their Mastercard had a limit of $9000 they would always try to keep the balance at just a few dollars below that amount. They are paying 18% interest on this balance but they do not care because that is just the cost of living in today's society in their mind.

Do you have a credit card balance that you are paying interest on?
