I have fair credit. I'm looking for a card with no annual fees, low interest rates, and great customer service (or at least acceptable), cash back reward would be nice, but not important.

Anyone have any ideas?

Mortgage is "due" on the first of each month. I don't have cash flow to pay it until the 12th of each month. Assuming that I am never later than that, I always beat the late fee assessment which would come on payments after the 15th. Does perpetually paying in this fashion have any negatives as far as credit, etc.? (Suppose I did it like this every month for a 30 year mortgage . . .)

I just paid $5.95 on Transunion (from www.annualcreditreport.com) to get my credit score after being able to view my credit report for free and I got an 819 out of 925 and was rated as only "good". Other credit score postings say 819 would count as God-like status. I just wanna make sure that's a reliable conclusion. And what does this mean when I (first time homebuyer, so not super rich) plan on applying for a loan.

I am just trying to figure out what the statute of limitations would be for a 6-year-old debt like this. I live in Illinois, the service was activated in Minnesota, but an actual contract was never signed. I know there are different time tables for various types of accounts.

I am considering filing for bankruptcy, but I have cosigners on equipment I leased for my business. Is there a way to file without involving my cosigners? I would be filing for personal bankruptcy and possibly for my business also. My cosigners are family members, so I don't want to screw them over. Would they be covered under chapter 7 or 13?

About 2 years ago I had a lot of charge-offs which I have paid completely off with the exception of 2 which I now pay on every month. I have not miss a payment and have not been late on anything in 2 years. I applied for 2 credit cards to try and restablished my credit 1 year ago and got them. Does anyone know what my score may be now?
