You could apply for a prepaid credit card. There are several on the market now.I would recommend,www.titaniumcashplus.co.uk. The credit limit is what you put on it.Very useful for the internet etc. There is no credit check, so everybody is accepted. Capital One no longer do a credit card where you give them £200 deposit. Most credit cards will turn you down if you have CCJ's.Never forget that with a credit card ,you are buying money.

I applied at orchardbank.com they will issue anyone a credit card but you will have to pay a yearly sixty nine dollar fee in order to have it. But if you want to build your credit again this is what you have to do. Any credit card will charge you this because of bad credit. Bad credit is costly but you will get it back in order within the next five years or so and wont have to pay all those penalties for bad credit. Its worth it.

Barclay card do one and also so do capital one, I have had both of these, didnt like capital one to much as they wrote to me saying they were increasing the interest, my total they would give me as a credit was only £460.00, just make sure that you are not late with your payments and barclay card will put up your limit, also try to pay them off each month that way you have no interest to pay.
Hope this helps
