Nope. There is actually a loan that is given to students which "no one can be turned down." Go to your schools financial aid office.

Actually yes It will, trust me, I've been there. Why dont you work on paying your debt before going back to school. Or going to a community college and taking a minimal amount of classes so that you can afford to pay for school out of pocket, that way you wont have to pay it back later. Oh, and if you work see if your employer has a tuition reimbursement program.

If you get it through the Feds, no. If you get a private loan through a bank, yes.
