I suggest you check out www.prosper.com Prosper is an on-line micro-lending community. You just register and Prosper assigns you a credit risk. Then you put out a request for funds. Let’s say you want $5K for medical bills at 15%. Individuals will then typically pledge between $50-500 at the interest rate of their choice. You get to decide if you want to pay that amount. If your loan is fully funded Prosper gives you the money and acts as a loan servicer. You pay Prosper, Prosper takes a small cut and divides up the rest to the other lenders. Take a look.

Contact one of the better loan brokerages such as access. If you have a house you can secure the loan against it. Otherwise search the web for a good unsecured loan broker. Beware though as this industry is unregulated, meaning the broker could well be advising you on a product which gives him more commission, than is necessarily the best advice for you.
If you do manage to get a line of credit please be careful. As long as you continue to make the monthly payments you will be actively repairing your credit record and score. It won't be an overnight process, but carry on for long enough and you should eventually be able to get credit at a lower rate, ultimately meaning a lower monthly payment. I tend to find people understand the payment more than the rate as it has more meaning.
Be warned though, start missing payments and the only credit you will be able to get in the future will be at higher rates, and therefor e a higher monthly payment.
Good luck.

Go here http://www.lendingtree.com/ and apply. They will pull 1 credit report and match you to several lenders who will be waiting for you to contact them. You get to choose who you want to do business with. I have used them before and they Fedexed me a check overnight that I could use at any dealer I chose. They are nt the actual loan company, they just find lenders willing to help your particular situation.
A car loan is the easiest to get with bad credit. Most of the time you can go to any dealer, and as long as you have the cash to put down, you get financed.

If you want a couple of offers, try lendingtree.com
Capital One is good, but there interest is a little high, usually around 11-13%. Also, try eloan.com, there usually the best for new credit. Good luck!!

You have a good score, and salary. If you do not owe more than you make, or even if you do, just about everyone will give you a car loan.
