If you pull your credit report from http://www.annualcreditreport.com you will probably find that these debts are already listed.
You will also find out that once you have paid them, they will continue to stay there as a negative item. Normally, once a debt is paid all the collection agency does is put "paid" on your history. But it will still reflect that it was in collections or had late payments.
If the reason you are paying these bills is to improve your credit, you need to contact the collector and have them agree IN WRITING to delete the entry once it has been paid off. Otherwise, you are just throwing away your money.

Most of my clients who review their credit reports find their collection accounts listed, in addition to the original creditor. Often times, one collector will sell your account to another collector, and you will have three total references for one debt.
Generally, paying on a collection account can help you avoid a judgment, but the payments are not always recorded with the credit bureau. If you are making payments, consider increasing them to pay off the balance. Also, make sure you get it in writing that the collection agency will report the account as paid in full.

'fraid so! Sorry but if you have even ever been late in paying anything on credit it WILL show on your credit rating. You can get a copy of you credit rating by writing to Experian and they make a charge of about £2 (although it might have gone up now but it is not much) they will tell you every address that you have ever lived at and everything you have ever had on credit.
I cant recall the address but you should be able to play about with the Internet and find the address.

I think the collection agencys do show on your credit report if you have a credit report. Your credit rating will be great once you have paid your debters.
